Donald P. Feigelson, DPM

As one of the founding members of The Foot Center, Dr. Donald Feigelson helped to create and maintain an extremely high level of service and patient care that he sustained for more than thirty years. During the last two years of his career Dr. Feigelson handpicked and mentored his replacement, Dr. Sam Sanandaji. Dr. Sam, as he is known by his patients, practices similarly to Dr. Feigelson, and has maintained the majority of Dr. Feigelson's patient base and referring doctors in the manor that they were accustomed. This two-year transition also allowed a unique opportunity for both practitioners to combine Dr. Sanandaji's knowledge of new techniques and evidence-based medicine with Dr. Feigelson's extensive experience to create the optimal situation for our new and existing patients.

Dr. Noreen Oswell, his long time partner, also has continued to maintain the same level of care that allows The Foot Center to achieve recognition both locally at Cedar-Sinai as well as nationally through media interactions and speaking engagements. She has also incorporated cutting edge techniques, like the use of the Pin-Pointe laser for nail fungus and MLS laser for pain management. The Foot Center recently welcomed Dr. Constance Ornelas to join our team. Dr. Ornelas also understands the importance of caring for patients and is focused on utilizing the latest research, as well as clinical techniques to achieve each patient's individualized goals of healing.
